Pay monthly/yearly for services. Upgrade to newer versions are usually automatic and free or incur minimal costs.

Microsoft Dynamics On April 11, 2011, Microsoft announced their next version of Microsoft Dynamics due in 2012 will be offered as Service just like MS Office 360. SAP has SAP One, so we have more options in here.
