They believe that some of the factors like insecurity due to loss of control of data, dilution of ownership and unable to maintain compliance can be the roadblocks for implanting cloud ERP. Hence in order to gain the market share and achieve the long term competitive advantage it is necessary that vendors provide the confidence factor to eliminate the inefficiencies.

Implication
Change management : Ability of organization to manage the change while implanting cloud ERP and alignment of cloud ERP functionalities with the operational goal of organization helps in implementation of Cloud ERP projects.
