Curved Mayo Scissors Use - Cutting Common to most surgical trays, used for cutting dense tissue where metz scissors are too delicate.
Mayo straight Scissors or Suture Scissors Use - Cutting - General purpose and suture cutting scissors, normally not used on tissue.
Mayo Bodywall Retractor Used for Retraction - For rectration in large abdominal surgeries.

Dressing forceps
have blunt tips with grooves and were originally designed to hold gauze. However, they can used to pick up almost anything and the longer ones are handy for hard to reach places. For very finer work, see splinter & thumb forceps or watchmaker forceps.
Richardson Retractor
Use : used to retract deep abdominal or chest incisions. Available in multiple sizes as well as single and double ended. This is one of the most common general surgery retractors.

used to remove tissue or growths from a body cavity. This uterine curette is inserted into the uterine cavity and the wall of the cavity is scraped.

used for delicate surgery on eyelids, lips, etc, where extreme control is necessary. They are ideal for tissue dissection. They are available in different lengths and sizes, to suit various surgical procedures.
