Problems, Issues and Concerns

On the Adoption:

1. Lack of resources to implement their targeted low

cost projects
e.g. purchase of gloves, boots, mask,
repair/construction of backyard fence/roof, etc.
2. Inadequate knowledge of paratechnicians in
providing information on first aid/emergency
assistance
On Program Operations:

1. No OSH standards and Policies for Agriculture to be

used as anchorage for monitoring OSH adoption
2. Need to upgrade the capabilities of implementors on
OSH for agriculture
3. Delays in the technical review on the OSH content of the
manual
4. Lack of logistics support like the provision of computers ,
supplies, vehicle for monitoring, etc.
