Research Objectives
The objectives of my research work are the followings: 1. Find out the present condition of human Rights of Women in Bangladesh. 2. Find out the problems which arise from human Rights of Women in Bangladesh. 3. To make suggestions in the concerned matter of human Rights of Women in Bangladesh.

METHODOLOGY
For preparing this research paper, basically I have used books, journals, some enactments, case reference and Internet. This will be considered as secondary source.

The present condition of human rights of Womens in Bangladesh is very bad. There are many laws to prevent Womens right but in all Sectors its not applied properly. There are the law enforcing to agency are not attentive about their rights and duties.

4. There is a lack of setting up an humans rights in Women with independent power. 6.Dissesminate state obligations to protect womens rights to the judiciary. 7.The fundamental rights guaranteed in Articles 10, 27, 28(2) of the constitution is not properly implemented.

Recommendations
1.Establish a national Human rights Commission as an Independent Body for addressing human rights of Womens violations. 2.Enforce the fundamental right guaranteed in Articles 10, 27, 28(2) of the constitution. 3.Enact appropriate legislation to deter violence against women and to protect survivors of violence.

4.Dissesminate state obligation to protect womens rights as human rights to the judiciary. 5.Its must be needed to public awareness by seminar and other social activities. 6.Government should ensure to protect human right of Womens in every sector.
