What is Recount Text

Recount is a piece of text that retells past

events, usually in the order in which they occured. It purpose is to provide the audience with a description of what occured and when it occured. Personal recount that tells about personal experience Factual recount that describes an event that has happened

A recount text usually has three main sections. The first paragraph gives background information about who and when called an oriental. This is followed by series of paragraph, that retell the events in the order in which they happened. Some recounts have a concluding paragraph, however, this is not always necessary

Looked The Diary Sunrise 1. Orientation Before my father shut his eyes forever, the last sentence that he said is, The sunrise is the most beautiful scenery that I ever looked in my life. I didnt know was that true or false. I was very curious. I really wanted to relieve my curiousity. Therefore, I chose to spent my semester holiday at the beach. 2.
