Performance Management System

 Employees will be appraised on a quarterly basis


by their respective Department head or Branch
manager
 Employees will be appraised on the basis of their
performance as per the KRAs and KBAs set for
them.
 This appraisal is done one on one so the
department head can share feedback with the
employee on the job profile and overall
performance

Holiday & Leave Policy
 Employees are entitled to holidays as announced
through a circular by HR dept, at the beginning of the
year.
 Employees are entitled to a total of 24 days of
Earned Leave (EL) or in proportion thereof on a per
annum basis i.e. 2 leaves per month. The accounting
of the paid leave will be from April to March -
financial year. (This includes privilege leave, sick
leave, casual leave).
 All employees need to take prior approval (or inform
where prior approval is not possible)of the dept head
before taking leave and has to fill in the leave
application form.
Working Rules and Regulations
Complaint Procedure
 A key component of a harassment-free environment is
an effective complaint process.
 All complaints will be fairly and promptly investigated
and, if confirmed, appropriate disciplinary action will
be taken.
 If any employee is subjected to or observes sexual
harassment at India Infoline Ltd., he/ she is required
to write to hr@indiainfoline.com .
Working Rules and Regulations
Office Timings
 Office Timings in H.O. are from 9.30 a.m. to 6.00
p.m. Three (3) late marks will be taken as 1day’s
leave.
 Employees attending office after 11.30 or leaving
office before 3.30 will be marked absent for half a
day.

Dress Code
 Employees are expected to be formally dressed on
weekdays and may choose to wear informal but not
casual attire on Saturdays.
 Employees should not wear chappals,slippers,shorts
etc. to the office

Joining Formalities
 Employees have to submit the PIS along with the
required documents to their respective HR
representative within 48 hours of joining
Probation and Confirmation

 Probation period will be minimum six months but


can be increased or decreased based on
performance
 The review at the end of the Probationary period
will be in accordance to the existing Performance
Management System
Disbursement of salary

 All Employees on regular payroll of India Infoline


will receive their Salary on the 5th day of the
following month

 All statutory deductions form Provident Fund (PF) /


Employee State Insurance (ESI) will be done as
applicable.ESIC will be deducted for all salaries
below Rs. 7500.
Employee Referrals

 Once a candidate referred by an employee has


been selected, the employee needs to fill the
Referral Scheme Form (refer to Referral Scheme)
 The Referral Scheme Form needs to be approved
and signed by the respective Area Manager /
Regional Business Manager of the product; in
absence of the same the Appropriate Authority can
approve the same.
 The approved Form needs to be forwarded to the
Corporate HR. The respective Branch HR
Coordinator can send the form either by hard copy
or by soft copy.

 For every referral, the employee will gain an


incentive of Rs.1500/-, which will be given as
bonus after 45 days of the candidate joining.
 This scheme is applicable only for recruitment of
business team members (scheme not applicable
for reference for staff team members).
Transfer and Exit

 Transferability:
All employees are liable to be transferred or
deputed to any of our offices/branches/subsidiaries
anywhere in India

 Notice Period:
An employee has to give a notice period of at least
one month. The exit form has to be filled and
submitted to the HR department
