For power, fertilizer and steel sector, the projections are given by MoP and MoS respectively. For Industrial sector, annual growth rate has been taken from EIU estimates. For City Gas and Petrochemicals growth rate of 8%, 5% respectively are considered. For Steel sector growth rate of 6% is assumed after 2011-12.
