Comercializamos la produccin de una organizacin gremial conformada por 25 empresas con un trabajo de ms de 50 aos en la elaboracin del tradicional bocadillo Veleo de guayaba, producto reconocido a nivel nacional e internacional. La mayor ventaja de nuestros productos son las vitaminas que aporta la guayaba, convirtindolo en un alimento de alto contenido nutricional. Localizados en la provincia de Vlez en la parte sur del departamento de Santander al nororiente de Colombia, en donde se encuentra la mayor y mejor zona de produccin de guayaba y bocadillo de nuestro pas. Nuestra organizacin empresarial tiene como principio el fortalecimiento del trabajo asociativo, en bsqueda del posicionamiento de nuestros productos como el autntico veleo de guayaba en los principales mercados nacionales e internacionales.

BACKGROUND
We work with an organization conformed by 25 producers with a work of more than 50 years in the elaboration of the traditional Bocadillo Veleo (Guava Paste) of guava, product recognized to national and international level. We are located in the province of Vlez in the south part of the department of Santander (Colombia), where is found the biggest and better guava production zone and Guava Paste of our country. The greater advantage of our products are the vitamins that contributes the guava, becoming a food of high nutritious content. Our business organization has as principle the strengthening of the associative work, in search of the positioning of our commercial mark like the authentic Guava Paste' in the main domestic markets and international.

nuestra marca comercial se destacan por el alto aporte en vitaminas gracias al contenido de las mismas en la fruta, su alto contenido nutricional se convierte entonces en la mayor ventaja de todos nuestros productos. El Bocadillo es una pasta slida obtenida por la coccin o concentracin de pulpa de Guayaba selecta, variedad roja y/o blanca, pintona, madura y sana con adicin de edulcorantes naturales o artificiales. El bocadillo tiene aroma y color caracterstico y una consistencia que permite cortar despus de fro sin perder su forma y textura.

The Guava Paste is a solid paste obtained by the cooking or select Guava octopus concentration, red and/or white variety, mature and healthy with natural or artificial addition of sweeteners. The Guava Paste has fragrance and characteristic of color and a consistency that permits to cut after cold without losing its form and texture.

La Guayaba y sus diversas formas comestibles logran satisfacer las tendencias del consumidor en cuanto a novedad, porcin personal y diversidad de presentacin de la fruta ya sea fresca, jugos, nctares, o en proceso agroindustrial como en bocadillos, conservas, mermeladas, jaleas etc. El Bocadillo presenta una amplia diversidad en consumo: 1. Consumo directo como postre, pasabocas o medias nueves, el cual puede ser acompaado, de derivados lcteos, ( leche, queso) agua, pan, galletas. 2. Es utilizado en amplias recetas de cocina, en la preparacin de pltanos maduros (rellenos de bocadillo), tortas, galletas, hojaldres, empanadas, arepas, sndwich, sorbetes (licuado con leche) etc. 3. Para proceso industrial, en panaderas y repostera, para este caso existe una lonja industrial con caractersticas especficas para este fin.

Direct Consumption as dessert, avocados or average, which can be accompanied, of dairy products, (milk, cheese) water, bread, crackers. 2. It is utilized in extensive prescriptions of kitchen, in the preparation of mature bananas (backfill of sandwich), cakes, crackers, puff pastries, patties, tortillas, sandwich, sherbets (milkshake with milk) etc. 3. For industrial process, in bakeries and pastery, for this case an industrial shop with specific characteristics for this end exists.
