Voice is the sound produced by the expiration of
air through vibrating vocal cords by living or non living organisms. In Grammar VOICE means expressing a message with the use of words (verbs, nouns, prepositions, adjectives etc.) by the human beings. It comes in the science of prescriptive Grammar which states how words and sentences are to be put together in a language so that the speaker will be perceived as having good Grammar. TYPES OF VOICE
ACTIVE VOICE : When in a sentence
the subject is directly related to verb or when the form of verb depends on object then it is in ACTIVE VOICE. PASSIVE VOICE : When in a sentence the verb is independent of object then it is in PASSIVE VOICE. CHANGE OF VOICE WE CAN CHANGE THE TYPE OF VOICE BY CHANGING THE RULES USED IN THE SENTENCES.
1. The subject in the active voice becomes
subject in the passive voice. 2. The object in the active voice becomes subject in the passive voice. 3. In passive voice by or any other respective preposition is used with object. CHANGE OF VOICE 1. While changing Subject to Object and Object to Subject the form of pronouns is changed as :-
