Sample Size: I have taken a sample of 50 people. I have visited them personally to get data. Sample Location: I have collected data from the employees within the company. Research Instrument: QUESTIONNAIRE is most common instrument whether administered in person by phone or online questionnaires are very flexible. The form of each question is also important. Closed end question include all the possible answers and subjects matters choices among them. I have used openend questions so that employees can write answer in their own words. I have also used closed-end questions, which provide answers that are easier to interpret and tabulate.

I have taken care in the wording and ordering of questions. I have used simple, direct, unbiased wording questions, which are arranged in a logical order. I have asked personal questions at last so that respondent does not become defensive. Expected Outcome: By this research we can come to know whether the existing employees of the company are satisfied from the company and from the HR-department. And it helps the company to identify the satisfaction level of the employees on their job.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Each and every employee should be provided proper training. The person who needs training should be properly interviewed about the kind of training he requires for his job. This would enable the employees to perform better which will further lead to satisfaction. Proper feedback should be given to the employees for their overall development and better future prospects.
