A Brief Introduction of The Royal Hotels (RH)


Royal Hotels started its business five
years ago in 2005.An inclination towards customer delight has been a tradition of the RH. Its world class amenities and excellent services have increased its market share to 18%.RH has always tended to introduce innovative ideas and policies to enhance its customer base.

The Analysis of the current System:


At present the RH provides three types of
suites to its customers, as listed in the following table:

Problems Due to Manual Management


It is difficult to maintain the records of the various
employees and customers in such a large scale business manually. This can lead to misinterpretation and misconceptions. Recording and Maintaining such a large number of records is a tedious and time-consuming process. Passing on announcements and messages to all employees is very difficult and time-consuming manually. Mismatches and misunderstandings in the Accounts ( Receipts and Payments) The Data can even fall into wrong hands

The Management System Software Developed by Magik The Key Features of the software are 1)All Details regarding the Customers and Employees can be updated,
inserted and Deleted on a single click ,without any misconceptions and misinterpretations, as and when required. 2)Only authorized people can access the information. 3)Various Announcements will forwarded in the XML format across various platforms. 4)Quick processing. 5)Efficient Account Handling (Receipts and Payments) 6)Other information like the Food Menu, Room Maintenance and Parking Details can also be maintained consistently

The Front End


The Front End Is supposed to be the external
beauty of the software. The more user-friendly and interactive the FrontEnd is, the more the people like to use it. We ,Magik, have tried to develop a Front-End which is easy to understand and use, without compromising on any of the required functionalities We have tried to maintain Database secrecy by providing Different Logins as per the Authorities.

The Logins And The Permissions


Login- General Manger. Permission-1)Can Insert, update and delete the
employee records. 2)Can view any other Section of the Hotel. Login-Front Desk Officer. Permission-1)Can insert, update and delete any information related to customers. 2)Can view the employee information. Login-Allied Services Manger. Permission-1)Can insert, Update and Delete any information about the allied services like parking,Food Dpartment,etc.
