Safety training is imparted where importance of various safety gears are told to them Safety films showing causes of previous accidents are screened for awareness creation. Safe Operating Procedure for each job has been written. It is mandatory to read the SOP before going for the job. Alternate arrangement like recruitment of non-local employees/Employment of contract employees etc . Training and awareness creation drive depicting evils of alcohol consumption is in progress. screening various documentary films to generate awareness on ill effects of alcohol consumption. Punishments are given on extreme cases.
