Kabir Khan is the newly appointed coach of Indias National Womens Hockey Team. He was the former captain of the Indian hockey team, criticized for being a match fixer and now forgotten.

STORY

It was Kabir Khans only chance to get himself, his country and his team to the winning stand. But this time all he gets is a group of girls who have their own interests rather than playing for the nation. He motivates them to look beyond these ordinary things and to play the game for pride, glory and victory.

Meritocratic Kabir doesn't care where a player hails from. His only criteria of judging a player is performance. He even denies the senior most player a position in the team.
