Introduction to Dental Care Management

The organization which helps to the manage the hospital activities. It helps the Hospital to manage all the activities by computerize way . All Patients records , appointment of the doctors, prescription given by doctor, Current Treatment of the patient. It helps Dental hospital manager and other staff to maintain and manipulate the daily data in Hospital. Our system provides various facilities for using various facilities and charges affording to it. This system also gives total calculation of the charges for various services used .

Main Objective of the system is, it should function as

decision Support System with optimum utilization of resources. Our system should reduce costs involved in the existing system. Our project system should satisfy user needs. This project is useful for farmers.

EXISTING SYSTEM
Previously for management of hospital record is by handwriting on the

paper by Manager. Total management of medicine , Treatment given to patient is on the paper. To manage all this database on paper is very tedious work. But, now a days people dont have time to do all this hard work . So, the existing system saves the time, money and provides information of patient, there treatments, there prescription comparatively less time. This System provides details of easy way to do all this activities. In this system, information of patient is provide to Hospital database and according to his problem the treatment given to the patient by doctors.

Proposed System
Some of Functional Objectives are as follows Application should facilitate following tasks This software is a Desktop based solution mainly designed for Dental

Hospital Management. This system has been developed for helping people to take advantage of Computer system and its increased use. This Management system is focused on key procedures that any Hospital uses to collect patient Dental History, Treatment done on patient , expected billing charges. It is completely customizable to suit the hospital requirements. So you get what you exactly want.

Feasibility Study
Feasibility study is the determination of whether the

project is worth doing or not.

Technical Feasibility It involves identifying whether the specifying equipment

and hardware will satisfy the user requirements or not. As the equipments mentioned in system requirement are readily available and are best to satisfy user requirements. So the Technical Feasibility is satisfied.
Economical Feasibility It is also known as cost/benefit analysis i.e. studying

whether the proposed system is beneficial or not.

In manual system, maintenance of Patient information is a

tedious job and need Employees to be employed. Their salaries would be recurring expenditure to the organization. But in proposed system, once our software is loaded the expense involved would be the cost of software installation charges and purchase of Hardware. These are one time Requirement and Equally Profitable to the Hospital. So the system is Economically Feasible.
Operational Feasibility It determines whether the system can be easily operated

and handled or not. Our system is Operationally Feasible. It is designed in a user friendly manner and provides all the necessary help to operate it. Any person knowing English can handle it easily with the help of user manual.

Why C# is important? C#.net C# (pronounced "see sharp") is a multi-paradigm

programming language encompassing imperative, functional, generic, objectoriented (class-based), and component-oriented programming disciplines. It was developed by Microsoft within the .NET initiative. C# langu

C# language is intended to be a simple, modern, general-

purpose, object-oriented programming language. The language, and implementations thereof, should provide support for software engineering principles such as strong type checking, array bounds checking, detection of attempts to use uninitialized variables, and automatic garbage collection. Software robustness, durability, and programmer productivity are important. The language is intended for use in developing software components suitable for deployment in distributed environments. Support for internationalization is very important.

Source code portability is very important, as is programmer

portability, especially for those programmers already familiar with C and C++. C# is intended to be suitable for writing applications for both hosted and embedded systems, ranging from the very large that use sophisticated operating systems, down to the very small having dedicated functions. Although C# applications are intended to be economical with regard to memory and processing power requirements, the language was not intended to compete directly on performance and size with C or assembly language
