We select Lab Technician FSKSM as our stakeholder. Known as Computer Maintenance System, CMS deal with lab technician. CMS developed to make a report or any request from the student by

It can help to reduce the time and energy of the student. It allows student to make a report about the damage of computer with

just access direct to the system or request any software that required.

Lab technician is located at the level 5 FSKSM,UTM. Lab is the one of the company that provides a wide range of mechanical and electrical consultancy services in various type of development within building lot and infrastructure. The Computer Lab has lots of project or maintenance that must be monitor and handle. They did their work manually.

OBJECTIVE
The main objectives of this new system for the lab are:

To provide good interfacing in the online system. To develop online report. A system to the maintainer for maintaining process much efficient. Easy interaction on technician and student because student are the familiar with the lab and need request if having some problem. Technician maintenance work can be check as reference.

 Difficult to find the data that they want. This company dont have the specific system to monitor their management. CPU currently out of date, difficult to updated the data to the system, file corrupt and need more space to store the data. Lack important software and low computer specification, latest windows (windows 7) unsupported programs No source of communication to technician effectively No record on maintenance for reference

SCOPE
Focuses on the students whose will make system more efficient. This system is having more function such as: User

a) Student Login the system Access the system and make a report if the damage occurred and can make software request.
b) Admin User Login the system Review the problems from students report

 Entity like student and technician must make use of this system. Although the system yet not build, so we can`t predict what error can possibly happen. In future, the system can be further upgrade and improve or maybe can be co operate with e-learning UTM. The system is really effective and also keeps the FSKSM lab under control from both student and technician for both benefits because recent manual system of technician is ineffective. We have make everything possible to make this system effective and useful, and we gladly hope this system will succeed in giving the best service to UTM .
