and mother.
• He milked family cows, bottled the
surplus and drove it to customers.
• Afterwards, he would deliver
newspaper on paper route.
• He joined JCPenney in Iowa as
management trainee and left it to
join U.S. military for World War II.

configuration of resources in a
challenging environment, to meet the
needs of market and to fulfill
stakeholders expectations.
