There should also be written procedures for ensuring all relevant parties are advised of the special nature of these crops.

It may be that some of the farms output is certified and some is not. It may grow different types of crop such as organic and conventional.

There must be clear written procedures for ensuring these crops are kept apart and clearly identified, both on the farm and for forward despatch to customers.
