INTJ- their attention to the inner world of possibilities, symbols, abstractions, images, and thoughts. INFP-his/her energy from the inner world of thoughts and emotions, sometimes make very creative contributions. ISTJ- Logical pragmatists at heart, and make decisions based on their experience and with an eye to efficiency in all things. ISFJ-they take their work seriously and believe others should do so as well. INTJ-they are making decisions using impersonal analysis., He/she often has a strong intellect, yet is able to attend to details that are relevant to the strategy. ISTP-He/she is often good at solving organisational problems that need to be thought through. INFP-These type of people are flexible ,very interested in ideas. ISFP-He/she takes a caring and sensitive approach to helping others.

We can guide them to read suspicious & adventurous book to improve thinking. y J- these people are more careful if it effects the judgment of employee then we can talk him/her why its happen & give solution y P-these are careless persons so we can give them a lot of responsibilities. And check them weekly basis.
