Atul Kherde, Practice Head ITSM Over sixteen years of strong domain experience (after Masters Degree in Computer Science), and has led number of end-to-end ITIL / ISO 20000 implementations and consulting projects. Atul Kherde is a Principal Consultant in the IT Service Management (ITSM) services of Vyom Labs, India. He has delivered more than 100 trainings in ITIL Foundation, ITIL Intermediate, ITIL Service Manager, ITIL Manager Bridge in India and Middle East including in Bahrain, Dubai, Muscat and Qatar. Beena Dhage, Senior Consultant ITSM Beena has over 9 years of IT experience in designing and customizing the solutions through consulting and training channels from her days in IT development and testing. Beena is an ITIL v3 Foundation and multiple ITIL Capability and Lifecycle modules certified professional.
