About Obesity
Nowadays, obesity has become a serious
problem, the number of people that have
obesity is increasing. Many people have this
extra weight that make them tired all the
time, So they want everything to be done
fast, and they don`t care about their health.
Because they don`t have time to think of it.
Also, when the adults don`t care about their
health the children will do the same thing.
Obesity is a serious problem that can be
solved by changing eating habits, physical
activities and a healthy well-balanced diet.
Obesity can lead to many problems the
First one is high blood pressure.
If the blood pressure is high the heart will
send and receive the blood faster than
usual by the pipes.
If it continues to do this it will not work
very good as they were before.
According to (kidshealth.org), “If the
problem continues for a long time, the
heart and arteries may no longer work as
they should ” (kidshealth.org).
The second problem is asthma. They
can`t breathe very well.
Even If they tried to walk from place to
another it`s still hard for them.
Also, they can`t exercise.
According to ( kidshealth.org), “
obesity is associated with breathing
problems that can make it harder to
keep up with friends, play sports, or
just walk from class to
class”(kidshealth.org).

Obesity has many solutions. The first
solution is changes the eating habits.
People with obesity need to change the
way they eat, and the times they eat in
because the uncontrollable eating lead
to obesity. If the parents changes the
way that their children eat their food,
they will learn to do it and they will
never have obesity. According to

snakes at regular times to prevent
“grazing” throughout the
day”(hcd2.bupa.co.uk).
The second solution is physical
activity. These types of people do
those things they will be healthy.
Because exercising is a really
important thing to live a healthy life
and not have obesity. According to
(hcd2.bupa.co.uk), “Make exercise
into a treat by taking special trips to
an adventure play park or an ice
skating rink. For example Involve the
whole family in bike rides, swimming
and in line
skating”(hcd2.bupa.co.uk).
The third solution is a healthy well-balanced
diet. Cooking a healthy food has how fats,
and more vegetables, and fruits can help
being a healthy person. According to
(hcd2.bupa.co.uk), “Instead of high-fat
foods like chocolate, biscuits, cakes, and
crisps, try healthier alternatives such as
fresh fruit, crusty bread or crackers”
(hcd2.bupa.co.uk). It`s not a difficult thing
to do, it`s all about finding alternatives, for
the bad food, and try to make the children
like it to have a healthier community have a
healthy people. According to
(hcd2.bupa.co.uk), “Instead of sweets, offer
dried fruits, or tinned fruits in natural juice.
Frozen yoghurt is an alternative to ice
cream. Bagels are an alternative to
doughnuts”(hcd2.bupa.co.uk).
To sum up, although obesity is a big,
and serious problem, but it has many
solution which is great. They have to
have the right steps to become a
healthy people. And parents should
teach their children about food, and
good choices to become healthier.
Then we will have a better
community. I think obesity people
have to take the right steps before
it`s too late, and live a long life.
