Active listening
Is a powerful techinque for building trust, increasing openness, fostering collaboration, encouraging creativity and demonstrating respect. Encourages group members to listen better to one another Content and what is behind ( feelings, attitude)

Voice
Voiceprint unique like a fingerprint Be aware of the sound and pace of your voice Notice the impact of your voice on the group

Tone
Involves the pitch of the voice high or low Emotional overtones ( sad, bored, happy) Higher pitched voice elicits excitement or tension Lower pitched voice is calming and relaxing Don`t overuse the pitch variation

1. Don`t keep your eyes on the floor, the walls, the ceilings, the notes 2. If you`re not nervous there is something wrong 3. Use humour 4. Be enthusiastic: if you are not, why should they be? 5. Don`t try to be perfect 6. KISS
