Rajan is well known in the industry and an acknowledged professional for creativity, deep understanding of business issues, strong ethics and a business network across the top Indian corporate and Government Ministries. He is an active speaker in several national level forums and seminars.
His other accomplishments include many books and papers on Market entry and Product Adoption. He heads the Confederation of Indian Industries Committees on Retail, Logistics. FMCG and is deeply involved with the academia and is a Visiting professor at Management Institutes.. He is currently also engaged as an advisor to the Public Private Partnership projects group of ILFS for the Infrastructure sector. Previous Experience Managing Director South Asia and Global partner of Kurt Salmon Associates. Director at A F Ferguson a Deloitte Consulting arm in India. Rashmi is a professional with around 20 years of consultancy experience. She has worked bottoms up in the consultancy field, honing the ability to work with details and strategic issues, managing team productivity and high quality of deliverables. She specialises in Business Plan Development, Marketing Strategies, Sales & Distribution, Channel Design, Retail operations, Change management and Training. Her sectoral experience includes FMCG, Retail, Logistics, Steel and Infrastructure. She has been involved with over 150 projects with leading Indian and MNC clients as VISA International, Kelloggs, Gruma Corporation, ICI Paints, Unilever India, Reebok, ITC, Godrej group, Tata Steel, Castrol, Reliance Retail, Ruchi Retail, Indian Railways, India Post, Infrastructure Leasing and Finance Corporation etc. Projects have had both domestic and global coverage. Rashmi is a visiting professor at Management Institutes , has authored the Cascade model of Channel design, and is a regular business expert on BBC, CNBC etc .
