Abstract:

Artificial intelligence is a branch of science

which deals with helping machines finds solutions to complex problems in a more human like fashion.

Keywords:
EAP Artificial muscles Artificial intelligence Biometrics

Introduction:
AI is began with the emergence of the
modern computer in 1940s and 1950s. Linked with computer science. Maths, psychology, cognition, biology, phisiology.

Motivation:
To solve mechanical problems. To performs the tasks efficiently than
humans. Machines doesnt suffer.

When will computers become truly intelligent?

Limitations
Without using the human mind Researchers know the limit of machine
intelligence. The machines may be pure silicon, quantum computer & neural tissue. We can expect great things to happen

How does AI work?

Technology:
There are many different approaches. Focusing on solving problems efficiently . AI branches ranging from PATTERN
RECOGNITION to ARTIFICIAL LIFE.

Laws of Robotics:
A robot may not injure a human being. A robot must obey orders given it by
human being except where such orders would conflict with first law. A robot must protect its own existence.

Artificial life through Robotics:

Robotics has been an evolution of field of
automation to match biologically inspired characteristics. It is a subset of biomimetics. Advanced technology progress Emergence of artificial muscles with EAP. Making creatures like biological model is possible for Animatronics industry.

Artificial muscles:
Muscles are key to the functioning of
biological creatures. EAP technology emerges the artificial muscles. Having similarities like biological muscles. No need for the use of traditional components.

But sometimes EAP

materials exhibiting low efficiency. Need for Establishment of infrastructure. It is necessary to know about the EAP materials. Artificial muscles with EAP is still in emerging stage.

Biometric Robots using EAP:

As technology evolves robots actuated by EAP materials.

An android head and a robotic hand that are serving as biomimetic platforms for the development of artificial muscles.

Biologically inspired robots:

Usage of robots in space science. At JPL, a six legged robot is developed for
planets. Such robots include LEMUR (Limbed Excursion Mobile Utility Robot). ->NASA missions involves such robots in various planets.

This spider looking robot has six legs, each of which has inter changeable end-efforts to perform required mission

Robots as a part of human society:

Treat as a sociable partner rather than a
tool. Robots would able to communicate, cooperate, learn from people. Education, entertainment, health fields. Kismet was a robot developed by Breazeal (2002) which responds to our actions.

Natural language processing. If computer uses it, it will able to translate

from one language to another. Universal translator.

Future of AI
Future development should contain things
such as object recognition, voice recognition, natural language understanding. It may happen within an half a century.

Advantages:
In medicine. Object recognition will great aid to
Doctors. If people solve legal questions that arise by giving to a machine to control health of human

Applications:
Applications of AI are abundant. In military for autonomous control &
target identification. In entertainment for computer games and robotic pets. Lets also can useful in hospitals, banks & insurances.

Disadvantages:
Involvement in the cold war will be
minimal. Self modifying may produce computer virus. Rapid advances in AI could mean structural unemployment. AI utilizing non-transparent learning is never completely predictable.

Conclusion:
Software companies should be made legally
responsible for failings of software that result in damage to third parties despite god faith attempts at control by user. AI and robotics have potentially to truly revolutionize the economy by replacing labor with capital ,allowing greater production.
