Procedures in Recruitment Process Criteria of Recruitment Jobs Specification Recruitment Sources i.e. both External and Internal. Channels used for displaying Recruitment Vacancies. Trade Union if any Any reservation for SCs, STs Etc Current rate of Employees' Turnover Steps used in Selection Procedures. Any changes made in Recruitment and Selection Procedures during the last five years.

Research Methodology
Methodology is to describe the Research Procedure, it includes overall Research Design, the Sampling Procedure, the Data Collection Method, and the Analysis Procedure. 15 Respondents have been taken. The Sample Procedure chosen for this are Statistical Sampling Method. Randomly Employees are selected. Information, which I collected, was based on the questionnaires filled up by the Sample Employees. Under Secondary Method I took the help of various Reference Books which I have mentioned in Bibliography and also by way of surfing through the Company Website.

1. SECONDARY SOURCES: Secondary data was collected from various sources such as: Business magazines, Journals, Textbooks, Internet, Company Bulletin 2. PRIMARY DATA: Primary data was collected through a structured, non-disguised questionnaire. Questionnaire was designed for the employees at HCL. 3. STATISTICAL METHODS USED FOR ANALYSIS OF DATA: The various methods used for the analysis of the data collected were: Tally method Pie charts.

For recruiting employees HCL Infosystems mainly conduct written examination followed by interview. Technical candidates go through three mandatory interviews Inexperienced candidates or those candidate who have less than 3 years of experience, have to appear in written test Those candidates who have equal or more than 3 years experience does not have to appear for the written test and can directly appear for the interview. Incase a vacancy arises the company goes for internal recruitment.
