Vantage Waste Processor

About us
We have developed a technology, patent applied for worldwide, which provides a solution to recycling municipal domestic waste in a process that exceeds government targets and directives. The system also removes any unpleasant odours generated. Ability to produce ethanol or clean plastic in commercial quantities. The modular design treats unsorted waste with injected steam. Unique continuous feed facility provides speedier processing. This is the most efficient and the most environmentally friendly system on the market today. It reduces capital outlay by up to 10th of the cost of a comparable incinerator plant.

What is the solution?

Thermal hydration steam treatment By treating the municipal household waste with high temperature and moisture, the waste can be rendered into usable, high-value product which can be sold back to raw material processors, or used to generate highly valuable electrical power or bio-ethanol. Reduced planning issues Significantly reduced energy requirement End product a sanitised, non-toxic, saleable biomass fuel No sulphur emissions No fumes

Treatment of household waste The options at present

Landfill
waste is buried without sorting takes up valuable space renders land unusable for many years toxic effluent can leach into land

Incineration
combustible waste is burnt non-combustible waste sent to landfill creates harmful sulphur emissions requires high unsightly chimneys requires high energy input

What are the benefits?

No pre-separation required each waste treatment unit can handle multiples of up to 95,000 tonnes of household waste per annum (2 units handle 190,000 tonnes per annum etc) waste is sanitized and reduced, resulting in up to 60% reduction in volume

the residue biomass can be sold or converted to energy all metals and plastics can be sold for recycling as they are cleaned and de-labeled

CALCULATIONS ARE BASED ON A PLANT RUNNING 86% Of THE YEAR. THE ABOVE EXCEEDS GOVERNMENT ENERGY POLICY

The Vantage Waste Processor

By treating municipal household waste with high temperature steam on a continuous feed basis, sanitised biomass is produced The waste is reduced in volume by over 60% A patented odour removal system ensures no toxins or odours are emitted to atmosphere during treatment Each unit processes 10 tonnes per hour (typically 95,000 tonnes per year) Each plant can expand to include additional processors Very low energy requirement Worldwide patented process

Odour removal

When operating the waste processor there is the risk of odour emissions
the risk is eliminated by the installation of an odour removal system incorporated in the extract ducting this unique, patented system, will eliminate unpleasant odours leaving the air safe to breathe and free from unpleasant smell

By the installation of advanced ultra violet technology, offensive odours will be eliminated and airborne compounds will be greatly reduced.

Processing Plant layout

Processing 190,000 tonnes of waste per year converting biomass to bio-ethanol

Land requirement
FOR PROCESSING 190,000 TONNES OF MUNICIPAL WASTE (2 x VWPS) TO INCLUDE THE PRODUCTION OF APPROXIMATELY 45 MILLION LITRES OF BIOETHANOL (PLANT OUTLINED IN GREEN SUPPLIED BY RECLAIM RESOURCES Offices, SHREDDERS, SORTER ETC, BY OTHERS)

In summary
a fraction of the cost of a comparable incinerator plant much lower running costs no toxins or odours to atmosphere patented odour control system

a continuous non stop process that ensures can be moved to different location production is infinitely faster and easily expandable allowing flexibility when working existing landfill overall volume of waste substantially reduced following processing returns valuable prime land back for development eligible for carbon credits by achieving EU and national targets

resultant product and residue of biomass is

sanitized ready for re-processing

separate processor/s available to generate bio-fuel in commercial quantities

underwritten by a first class insurance policy
