Learning Design of Logical Framework Course

Problem (1)
States or governments and companies are now facing more complex and varied business situation. These situation need different kind way of handling. Traditional logical, rational way of thinking is becoming insufficient. Many time they need the creative problem solving to handle of situation. Therefore, skills using creative problem solving techniques becomes important. By adapting ways of thinking according to specification, problem solving becomes more effective.

Problem (2)
Our worlds are more and more interconnected with disappearing boundaries. In this systemic environment, solving problems simply based on understanding of couse-effect relations in straight line may make situation worse. System thinking recognizes feedback or causal loop, hence improves the effectiveness of decision-making and policy development

Problem (3)
The leverage for change lies in the future, hence anticipation skills, futuristic thinking and courage to think out of the box are a key to the success of a leader

All sciences can neither be separated from logic. Logic introduce analyzes used in philosophy. In other words, logic help human interpret facts and perception appropriately, explain false and illogical rationality, and develop true scientific thought

Specific Learning Goals

Knowledge: Students understand meaning, background, and classification of logic, concepts of true, and logical thinking Students understand method and process of logical thinking

b. Skills : Students can explain logical framework Students can arrange paper and get work experience in a team to compile paper Students can debate

c. Attitude :

Students get experiences to lead discussion, do presentation, and make conclusion Students can deal with dispute

Rules of course

The students should complete a minimum 75% of attendance . Those who do not complete 75% of attendance , they cannot attend the final test The students will be given 15 minutes of tolerance for tardiness. Should the students be late for over 15 minutes, they will be considered absent

Assesment
Mid Test : 20 % Final Test : 30 % Class Participation: 10 % Individual Job: 10% Collective Job : 15 % Presentation of Paper Report: 15 %
