Work Life Balance is a broad concept including proper prioritizing between work (career and ambition) . on the other life(health,pleasure,leisure,family and spiritual development).

Time balance ,which concerns the amount of time given to work and non-work roles. Involvement balance, meaning the level of psychological involvement in, or commitment to, work and non work roles. Satisfaction balance, or the level of satisfaction with work and non work roles.

Balance is elusive and difficult to maintain. Compromises are constantly made, with the scales of balance shifting along with the occasional long workday or work assignment, family obligations, or any one of a number of lifes little surprises.
