Pakistan In The Absence Of Light ..!!

For me there is no such thing name as darkness its only absence of light This Light doesn't mean spectrum contain seven brands commonly violet ,indigo ,blue ,green ,yellow, orange and red but my light contains spectrum of seven brands guidance ,leadership ,literacy ,justice ,faith , discipline and above all religion.

We dont know about perfect source of guidance We have less good leaders We are much behind in education We have no justice We have no faith in our selves We are not much disciplined We dont know about our religion

YOUTH
The United Nation define youth as a period during which a person is being prepared and prepares its self to be an active and full responsible member of society. This period of youth is identified by the United Nation as 15 to 24 years.

 One may believe that youth of Pakistan today is imaginative, more enthusiastic and able to contribute toward reconstruction of our country Pakistan. We see the fervor, passion and dedication among todays youth of Pakistan. The youth of Pakistan is quite visible through their talent, vigor and energy for doing their mite for Pakistan. Youth of Pakistan today experiences the remarkable examples of progress and momentum, and we have plenty of practical success stories already. Ali Moen Nawazish, made a world record by bagging 21 A Grades in A Levels examination. Likewise, Ammar Afzal made a world record in winning a software course. Flying Officer Hina Tahir made a record by being the First Female Fighter Pilot in Pakistan Air force.

It is also sad to state here that the vast number of youth energies and potentials have never been put to better use.

 It is a great tragedy that the vast amount of youth energies has never been put to proper use. They have not been given any participation in any sphere of life. They have never made partners in the development of the country. Young people are experiencing isolation, vulnerability, powerlessness and idleness (due to lack of free time activities). Their disadvantages derive them from lack of access to interrelated dimensions, such as: Economic (assets leading to income generation). Social (access to information, social capital, free-time activities, cultural expression, educational opportunities, care and mentoring in youth friendly venues).

 Participation in decision making (empowerment, governance). On this basis, it appears that youth inclusion policies would be more effective if these different dimensions are combined, rather than having fragmented sectoral interventions. Institutional neglect and cultural biases constitute major barriers that prevent youth access to the above-indicated assets. Young people who are subject to poverty, unemployment, lack of access to social opportunities and lack of support are at high risk to both themselves and society as a whole. Lack of engagement and lack of connection makes it less likely that young people will become contributing and selfsufficient adults. It will ultimately threaten our future. Youth As Confused Generation ..!!I think they are a confused I Don't think they are a lost generation

generation. One of the reasons for that I think is because there were very distinct lines drawn between right and wrong. Today it's hard to tell anymore what is right or wrong. Our society has become so permissive that what's wrong today is right tomorrow. No wonder the youth of today seem lost. They are confused, there are little or no standards to measure themselves against except their parents and if their parents don't step up to the plate where do they look? To our politicians? To the talking heads on television? To our Courts? To their religious leaders? Where do they go? Every so called segment of society you used to look for, for guidance, can't guide anymore because they have no moral values. All of them.

We have to get back to standards. There must be a line drawn in the sand that everyone agrees with. Certain actions and behaviors should not be tolerated, by anyone. We have to reestablish the right and wrong of things. We have to be willing to recognize evil when we see it and address it for what it is. We must give our kids guidance and teach them right is right no matter what the cost is personally to maintain your integrity.

What Youth Of Pakistan Needs Today ..!!

Firstly ,they need to learn two things: What their religion, Islam is actually.. What is Muslim culture. Then they need proper opportunities To grow into a better person

What Is Islam ...

Islam is not only a religion but also a social system and a way of life. Islam came in the subcontinent , when Muhammad bin Qasim conquered it in A.D 713. Thus, he bring Islam to subcontinent as a religion.

MUSLIM CULTURE
Culture means the over all way of life Of people. Culture include language , Religion ,Ideas ,dresses ,Customs ,codes , Institution, government , Law ,work of art, Cermonies and so on. It cover every aspect of life.

Our youth is deprived of ..

Every healthy activity and every opportunity to grow into a better person.
If our youth is given proper opportunities to study as their aptitude is, they are given healthy sporting and leisure activities opportunities, their energies are given a positive direction, they are ploughed properly, then I can give a 100% guaranttee that this youth can prove Iqbal to be right when he said, "zara num ho to ye matti bari zerkhaiz hai saathi"

YOUTH OF PAKISTN SHALL TAKE US AHEAD!

There is a well-known quote TODAYS YOUTH, TOMORROWS LEADERS. Our youth today is moving forward in a direction, which gives fortune for a shining star. This is a matter of great pride to mention that youth of Pakistan today is on the way to explore their destiny and has the capacity to emerge as the future leaders of our great country.

I think building the over all character of our youth, their quality and knowledge should be the basic agenda. The youth should be involved in our national affairs. We must conduct conferences and workshops where the youths should be offered opportunity to come out with their vision for a new and progressive Pakistan. We must benefit from the teachings of both poet and philosopher Allama Iqbal and our great leader Quaid-e-Azam. Allama Iqbal has shown the way to our youths via his vision of poetry and the Quaid has done so by his foresight in his various speeches to the nation. Allama Iqbal symbolized the youths with Falcon and has given them the inspiration to have their own vision, the flight, the character and the attitude to that of a Falcon. I hope and pray the youths of Pakistan are able to rise up to the occasion and bring about a turn around for our great country Pakistan.

ECONOMICAL EFFECT ON YOUTH

Pakistan is classified as a developing country with the sixth largest populated country of the world. Pakistan was a very poor country at the time of freedom and dependent highly on its agricultural sector. Economy of Pakistan has been much fluctuated. It has faced many crisis and there was a time when it was seen as an economic development model around the world. Since Pakistan's overall economic growth ratio has grown every year after a recession of 1951. Despite of this fact Pakistan' economy has been characterized as unstable, low growth and very vulnerable to external as well as internal factors. The world bank of Pakistan categorize Pakistan as a low-income economy. Young people constitute the largest [67% resides between the age 15-35] segment of Pakistani population. Those from low and middle income groups, have few opportunities to develop to their full potential. Poverty is widespread, education levels are low, youth unemployment is high and traditional culture does not encourage young people to take decisions on issues concerning them

There is limited scope for young peoples positive local engagement in grassroots politics and community development. The situation becomes more complex when it arrives to the reality of youth of traditional societies such as Balochistan and NWFP. Number of cases reported that indicate youth involvement in unlawful activities including but not limited to illegal trade, human trafficking, militancy [ethnic and religious] and communal violence. On the other hand, available education and political system is not creating mass level awareness regarding existing situations. They neither have the capacity to comprehend these situations in its totality, nor capable to take the challenge of creating alternative spaces and opportunities that nurture a counter vialing power among youth and communities against extremism and militancy and create basis for sustainable peace. Economic recession not only affects those who belong in the working class or the generation involved in labor. Children and the youth are getting affected by economic recession and poverty so much, that these children sometimes never acts their age or sometimes so insecure of their surroundings.

According to the United Nations World Youth report, youth (with ages 18- 24 years old) is 18 percent of the world population. Meanwhile, the youth is also 25 percent of working age population. Last 2007, there were more than 1.2 billion people in the world who belonged to this age group. Youth are two to three times more likely than adults to be unemployed. The situation is particularly critical for young women, who suffer higher rates of unemployment than young men in the majority of economies. According to the International Labour Organization (ILO), youth in both industrialized and developing countries are more likely to be working long hours, on short-term contracts, low pay and with little or no social protection at all. Youth who enter the workforce with limited prospects, like underdeveloped and inadequate education, have the high probability of facing unemployment, whether it is short or long term, intermittent spells of unemployment and low- wage jobs.

There are also recession effects on the college students. During recessions, the economic out put is decreasing. What the government do is that they reduce taxes, while increasing the government safety net on spending. Because of this, education budgets were harder to make.

These government safety net on spending, constraints the daily education of the students. Course offerings, programs, and student activities may suffer budget cuts as programs compete for less education funds. Funding opportunities for student loans, scholarships, school employment, and aid may also weaken. During budget cuts, less education budget will lead to higher tuition fees to finance the missing funds. This case is particularly true for state subsidized institutions and public schools.

Due to poverty and difficult times, there are numbers showing that the youth are forced to enter low-paid and high risk jobs with little social protection. Faced with poverty and better job opportunities, our youth are forced to gamble their health and physical strength. There can be numerous ways for an economic recession to deeply cut on our youth. There is a large number of young people currently unemployed, and unemployment greatly affects even the attitude of our youth. Unemployment can to marginalization, exclusion, frustration and even low-esteem.
