Objective: Our system is to provide on line filling the all information in our handset device or system. Our system main purpose we are Save the time on existing system. The proposed system provide online service at any time any place.

Introduction: The general definition of an audit is an evaluation of a person, organization, system, process, enterprise, project or product. The term most commonly refers to audits in accounting, but similar concepts also exist in project management.

About Current System: Current system used manual record. Current system are very time consuming process. Current system has faced problem to provide time to time services.

About proposed System: This proposed system reduce the time. The proposed system provide online service at any time any place.

Functional Requirement:Interface requirements: Field accepts numeric data entry.

Field only accepts dates before the current date. Screen can print on-screen data to the printer.

Business Requirements: Data must be entered .

Clicking the Approve Button moves the request to the Approval Workflow.

Security Requirements: Members of the Data Entry group can enter requests
but not approve or delete requests. Members of the Administrators group can enter or approve or delete requests.

Non functional Requirement:Non-functional requirements are often called qualities of a system. Other terms for non-functional requirements are "constraints", "quality attributes", "quality goals", "quality of service requirements" and "non-behavioral requirements.
