Through this work is to extend our knowledge about what are the internal rules of work, where we return certain aspects of importance for the development of this theme, such as its definition, its force and all that goes with it. He must comply with regulations and safety rules and legal health of the employer and to register or use the provided protective equipment while working. He must exercise the rights provided by law responsibly. He must report any hazardous conditions to supervisor. He must report any injury or illness associated with the job the employer and seek treatment promptly. He must organize, direct and manage the work in the company. He must be aware when the employee is ready to return to work, the employer must give the original use ouno equivalent salary, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment that are equivalent. He must provide each employee a workplace free of hazards that can cause death or serious physical lesioines. He must provide, at their own, personal protective equipment to employees.

The can, as a representative of employees, to accompany an officer during a health seguirad or investigatcin or inspection of a workplace. He has the right to receive payment of salary and fringe benefits.

He has the right to have a department reporesntante tell you if it is determined that there is imminent danger conditions in your workplace. He has the right to inform your employer ANYTHING sovereign protection and obligations, including provisions of rules and standards. He has the right to be considered for appointment to an advisory committee. He is entitled to receive notice if the department determines that there is no need to make any inspection. You can notify the department immediately and without notice in writing if you think there is imminent danger in the place of trabjo.
