require and will be empowered to select and employ any number of employees from within the government or outside.

PEOPLES PERCEPTION
Did movement convey its message strongly to target audience? How would rate the movement on involvement of people? How would you rate the movement by response and actions from

target audience? What is the impact of movement on ruling party, opposition and common man? Will lokpal be an effective mode to deter corruption? Will guilty get punished? Will the quality of public services improve as funds will be utilized properly? Will the public services get expedited? Quality of governance will it encourage entry of better people and discourage corrupt people? Will judiciary become cleaner?
