of 2002, more than 50 drugs tested on animalswere approved by the FDA but were pulled off the shelves due to killing and hurting humans but not animals. year, 6 to 8 million dogs and cats enter shelters and 3 to 4 million shelter dogs and cats are killed. These statistics continue on and get worse.

can stop abuse and cruel actions toward animals by standing up for animals. activist groups can be started and they would make a bigger impact. could submit another bill to the Senate or House for consideration. is making a move toward a registry for Animal Abusers so they cannot get any more animals for pets and abuse them because they dont have rights to some extent and to some people.
