Some people believe that Animals deserve rights. Others believe that they lack the mental and moral capacity to be granted even the most basic rights. Animal Rights activists believe that animals should be granted 3 basic rights:

These statistics continue on and get worse.

What can people do in the future?

People

can stop abuse and cruel actions toward animals by standing up for animals. activist groups can be started and they would make a bigger impact. could submit another bill to the Senate or House for consideration. is making a move toward a registry for Animal Abusers so they cannot get any more animals for pets and abuse them because they dont have rights to some extent and to some people.
