Once upon a time, by the Nokianvirta river In 1865, mining engineer Fredrik Idestam sets up his first wood pulp mill at the Tammerkoski Rapids in south-western Finland. A few years later he opens a second mill on the banks of the Nokianvirta river, which inspires him to name his company Nokia Ab in 1871.

A wired and wireless telecommunications company, Nokia India is a pioneer of cellular network in the country. It manufactures a wide range of mobile devices and provides people with experiences in music, navigation, video, television, imaging, games and business mobility through these devices. It handles research and development, network infrastructure businesses and company handsets.

E-Recruitment: also referred to as Internet recruiting, online recruitment, and e-recruitment, is the use of the internet for attracting, hiring and retaining job seekers. This involves matching candidates and validating their skills and qualifications. E-Recruitment initially began as a simple method for finding talent online, it has evolved to incorporate all aspects of candidate management. Now companies and organizations are using it to manage job postings, candidate applications and even conduct online interviews.

Mostly employees get information about the vacancy through telephonic conversation with the recruitment team and employees of the organization. Very few of the respondents who got the information through e-mail and advertisement. Hiring is done by both i.e. through consultancy as well as company.
