User sends an SMS or dials IVR for obtaining VN

subscriber will receive his VN.

How to make a call

To make a call through VN, simply dial a prefix number followed by the desired number e.g (66)-0303XXXXX.

How to receive call

No special procedure of receiving calls, Phone will display the prefix number along with caller number to identify that call is received on VN number

How to send SMS

To make an SMS through VN, simply type the prefix number followed by the desired number e.g (66)-0303XXXXX

How to receive SMS

VN Subscriber phone will display the (66) prefix number before the sender number which allows you to know that the SMS is being made to your virtual number.
