Under the production it has 3,500 beverage products like thumps up, sprite, maaza, kinley etc.., It has 1.7 billion serves per day In India there are 27 + 2 factories, for insistence company near by is at mangalagiri project value is 400 crores. Now the obtained bottle should undergo tests before it is filled like impact test, weight, int-ext rim diameter, thermal shock test appearance, internal pressure, thickness, finishing, threading, body & final inspection. Then the processed bottle is sent to the filling company.

Bottle cleaning
The entered bottles are divided into sections such that 40 bottles per a set. Then Bottles are directly shifted to cleaning area by robotic operation. The entered bottles has to under go 5 soaking operations with water, caustic soda, chemical essence, steam etc.., then the bottles has to pass throw 3 visual inspections and sent to filling.

FILLING PROCESS
Using the rim of the bottle, it is carried to the filling machine in which the machine rotates about its own axis in order to fill the essence. A bottle should rotate 360 to complete full bottle. Then the essence is pressurized with carbonated gas in high cooling. Later it is depressurized. An average filling machine has a capacity of 1000 bpmt. The manufactured bottles are sent to printing & packing.

The bottles are filled at 20,00,000 glass bottles/day for an average capacity plant. The manufactured bottles are sent to packing area by conveyor belt. Now they are packed in casing and loaded to storage area.

PET BOTTLE
The company receives the pre forms of the pet bottles and set for bottling purpose. The forms are inserted in the hopper & by using the rim of the bottle they are sent to segmented area there the high temperature gas is sent into the pre forms with high pressure. By placing the bottle die out side, required bottle is obtained. This moldings process is done approx 1000 bottles per min. in a coca cola company.

Manufactured bottles are made to run on an air conveyer belt about 3 km with the source of air in an air conditioned room. The area is perfectly customized, as even a minute partical is not present.

Filling
After their travel, reaches to filling area. By the same way the filling process is done and sent to de pressurizing area after inspection. An average plant have a capacity of filling 700 b bottles per a minute. now they travel on spiral c conveyor & reaches the p a c king sec packing section.

TIN
The aluminum rolls are directly feed into the plunging machine in which the die cuts the sheet of the required tin, bottom cups are obtained &moved to assembling area. After they are fixed they moved to squarlling area in which they are knurled smoothly such that the joint becomes perfect & Invisible.
