A. GSM Test Tools

KPIs are depend on each operators:

TRUE MOVE DTAC AIS Joint Operators

All were shown in each optimization reports.

B. GSM KPIs

TRUE MOVE/AIS MS1 Call Continuously MS2 Idle Spillage Test Handover Test Elevator Going up & Going down Test

DTAC MS1 Call Shortly (Normal) MS2 Call Shortly (Locked on IBC) Spillage Test Handover Test Elevator Going up & Going down Test

C. GSM Test Methodology

Request for plan work and make an appointment.

Check cell configuration (frequencies, neighbors, parameters, etc.) During walk test, signal under antenna should be strong (~ -45 dBm up) depend on designing. Need to check DAS if found some weak signal.

No IBC signal serving on streets and it should not be stronger than -85dBm.
Handover tests are success and smooth every entrances/exits. No drop call inside elevators and/or able to handover smoothly and signal should be stronger than -90dBm. Unless met these criteria, we should call OMC to request for adjusting parameters, adding neighbors and retuning frequencies. Customer is sometimes attend to ATP. Report for closing plan work after finished optimization.

C. HSPA Test Methodology (4)

Check cell configuration (neighbors, parameters, etc.) Request for cell statistics to choose the suitable time for HSPA test (avoid to test during prime time) Request for plan work and make an appointment. Request OMC for adjusting parameters and/or adding neighbors. During walk test, signal under antenna should be strong (~ -45dBm up) depend on designing. Need to check DAS if found some weak signal. No IBC signal serving on streets and it should not be stronger than -85dBm. Handover tests are success and smooth every entrances/exits. No drop call inside elevators and/or able to handover smoothly and signal should be stronger than -90dBm. Unless met these criteria, we should call OMC to request for adjusting parameters and/or adding neighbors. Prepare report to submit. Need to correct if there are some comment. Arrange with customer to do ATP together. Correcting report as customers final comment. Report for closing plan work after finished optimization.
