Quick identification of source of variation Instantaneous results Seamless integration within 3DCS
3DCS Advanced Analyzer/Optimizer Module
What is it?
3DCS Advanced Analyzer/Optimizer is an add-on module to 3DCS comprised of two core functionalities:
1. 2. Analyzer: An equation based analysis output that precisely identifies the amount and source of variation within an assembly. Optimizer: A tool for optimizing tolerances to achieve best quality based on a minimal cost or optimize quality based on a fixed budget.

How is it different?
Variation Analysis Techniques Random method Monte Carlo
Predictive analysis with potentially time consuming simulation runs (depending on complexity of model).
EQUATION BASED representation of the design and manufacturing process with instantaneous results.
Optimizer Overview
