Work Packages 2 + 3
The 2 main Work Packages of the project which will be of use in SME2:
WP II: Research, study and evaluation of good practices Main Product: Index of innovative training practices in industrial SMEs. WP III: Research and study of elearning and ICT based training models Main Products: i. Strategic recommendations for the application of ICT in the training aimed at industrial SMEs. ii. Guide for ICT application within European industrial SMEs.
Work Package 2
Work Package 2 represented the main bulk of (theoretical) work in the project The Index of innovative training practices in industrial SMEs.
Aim:
To Identify good practice training set-ups based on ICT for training in industrial SMEs and/or with the workers of industrial SMEs. Focus: - The conditions for success - The conditions to transfer these experiences.
1. Working and methodological hypothesis To form a starting point to identify advantages & limitations of ICT training in SMEs. Developed collaboratively via brainstorming & research
2. Conceptual framework
A series of key concepts for investigation. These definitions were common guidelines and formed the basis for the interviews and tools later developed
4. Work Analysis
Mainly via evaluation questionnaires (based on the Kirkpatrick model) & aimed at managers/trainers/students and adapted to each profile to find the key points in the areas of motivation, the learning process and results of the training action.
