Juror no.

6th, 7th & 8th

Juror no. 6 Edward Binns Portray - (Painter) Courteous and Generous. Transformational Analysis in the Ego state. In his case, was earlier in a child ego state where he believed whatever the witnesses said they saw and heard. When the facts and logic put together which had a case related to his own experince as that of noise created by an El train passing by. Decided to vote N.G.

Juror no. 7 Jack Warden Portray- (Trick maker baseball lover) Not deserving to be a jury member. No T.A. in his case. More concerned with the time being consumed in getting to a conclusion (since he had tickets to a game) rather than actually involving himself in actual discussions. An easy flow with majority. Initially had both parent ego and child ego to some extent. The moment he saw voting shifting towards N.G. he also voted N.G. to wrap the things up quick.

Juror no. 6 Henry Fonda Portray Architect Classic example of Adult ego: Had logic & reasoning to support his vote Maintained eye contact each time with arguers. Was relaxed and a good listener. Always stressed on I think, possibility instead of I believe or I am sure which made everyone listen to him one time or later.
