Comparison between traditional and projectised organisation

Traditional Organization
Have a hierarchy of managers and their assistants
Requirements issued by the planning department.

Projectised Organization
Have teams comprising members who are responsible for completing one entire deliverable product.
Teams will have all the resources required to finish the jobs

Responsible for only a part of the project

No particular member responsible for the completion of any particular product. Members become specialists and insular

All the elements of the projects have to be completed

Everyone is responsible for the delivery A sense of ownership of the project motivates team members to be creative, cooperative among them to achieve high productivity.
