Time Management- However kiddish may it sound or however many times you have heard about it, it is a smart, efficient way to shape you career. Plan your future, keep track of your present, but never regret your past. Being organized and utilizing time effectively works wonders. Self Analysis- Know yourself. Know your strengths and weaknesses. Keep competiting with yourself. Keep improving yourself. Keep developing new skills. Strive towards a better you. Be your own motivator. Most important of all, never doubt yourself.

Be passionate- Choose your desired field of work and follow that. Be passionate about it. Consistency is very important factor. Have a strong base about that topic. Plan your future- Create a mental picture of your future. It helps in taking further decisions. Always have a clear vision and goals. Divide your goals into short term and long term goals. Always remember, short term goals always lead to long term goals. And these two combined help you achieve futuristic goals.

Adapt to change- Adapting to change and being flexible is a skill that is best taught by being "forced" to change. A person who is rigid and concrete in his or her thinking tends to have the most difficulty in adapting to change. Because of this, it is going to be difficult to teach this lesson on a cognitive level. Hard work and perseverance- Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. The slogan, 'press on' has solved, and always will solve, the problems of the human race.

Accept challenges - Never miss opportunities. One of the great keys to personal growth in this life is the ability to face challenges and meet them head-on. Easier said than done, because facing and meeting challenges involves overcoming fear - fear of embarrassment, or fear of failure. The purpose of challenge is to give you greater experiences and to broaden your perspective. Relax your mind- This art of resting the mind and the power of dismissing from it all care and worry is probably one of the secrets of energy in our great men.

Take inspiration from your failures- When one door closes another door opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us. Keep these concepts in mind: You've failed many times, although you don't remember. You fell down the first time you tried to walk. You almost drowned the first time you tried to swim. . . . Don't worry about failure. My suggestion to each of you: Worry about the chances you miss when you don't even try.

Live your life to the fullest- Take chances. Tell the truth. Say no. Spend all your cash! Get to know someone random. Be random. Laugh at a stupid joke. Cry. Get revenge. Apologize. Tell someone how much they mean to you. Tell what you feel. Let someone know what they are missing. Laugh till your stomach hurts. LIVE LIFE!
